Overview

This document outlines the standard procedures for placing and managing meal orders through the Upstate CF Meal Orders app.

Placing an Order

1. Open the app and tap View Orders.
2. Enter your name and phone number when prompted.
3. Select your meal location and preferred option.
4. Tap the DoorDash link to complete your order before the deadline.

Deadlines

Order deadlines are set daily by administrators and displayed on each meal card. Orders placed after the cutoff time may not be fulfilled.

Administrator Responsibilities

• Post meal links each morning before the start of ordering.
• Set order deadlines for each card.
• Monitor site visitors and flag any suspicious activity.
• Close meal links once deadlines pass.
